Privacy Policy

Martechs OPC Private Limited ("Martechs", "we") runs martechs.io and media.martechs.io. This policy explains what personal data we collect through those sites, why we collect it, who sees it, and what you can do about it. It also covers the business contact data we process when we run outreach programs for clients.
1. Who we are
Martechs OPC Private Limited is the data controller for the sites. Registered office: Office 77, World Trade Center Tower 1, Pune 411014, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at uday.kang@martechs.io for anything in this policy.
2. What we collect on the sites
- Work email. When you unlock a playbook or a GTM skill, we store your email address, its domain, the item you unlocked, and the page you were on. We reject personal email domains such as gmail.com.
- Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records the pages you view, the calls to action you click, whether you complete a download gate, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. Analytics storage is switched off until you accept.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider receives your IP address, the URL you requested, and your browser's user agent in order to serve the page and block abuse. We hold the IP address in server memory for a few minutes to rate limit the email gates. We do not write it to our database.
- Messages and bookings. If you email us or book a call, we keep the message and the booking details.
3. Why we use it
- To deliver what you asked for. Unlocking a playbook or skill, and keeping it unlocked on your device for 30 days.
- To follow up. After you unlock a resource we may email you about Martechs services. This is our legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing. You can opt out at any time by replying or emailing us.
- To improve the site. Analytics runs only with your consent.
- To keep the site secure. Rate limiting, abuse prevention, and error logging are our legitimate interest.
6. International transfers
Our providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
7. How long we keep it
- Gate sign-ups: until you ask us to delete them.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months, then Google deletes it.
- Access cookies: 30 days.
- Server logs: a short rolling window set by our hosting provider.
8. Business contact data we process for clients
We run outbound programs for clients. To do that we process business contact data: name, job title, employer, work email, business phone, LinkedIn profile URL, and company details. We source it from public professional profiles, company websites, and licensed business data providers.
We rely on legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing, or on the client's lawful basis where the client is the controller. If you receive outreach from a Martechs-run program, you can opt out by replying to the message or by emailing us. We add you to a suppression list that applies to every program we run and to every client we run it for. Opt-outs take effect within 10 business days, usually the same day. We do not need a reason and we do not reply with a pitch.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email uday.kang@martechs.io. We answer within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you the right to nominate someone to exercise these rights for you and to raise a grievance with us first.
10. Children
The sites are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We post any change here with a new effective date. Material changes are also noted on the home page for 30 days.
