Terms and Conditions
Effective
These terms cover your use of martechs.io and media.martechs.io, and of the playbooks and GTM skills you download from them. By using the sites you agree to them. Client services run under a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.
1. Who we are
The sites are operated by Martechs OPC Private Limited ("Martechs", "we"), Office 77, World Trade Center Tower 1, Pune 411014, Maharashtra, India. Contact: uday.kang@martechs.io.
2. Using the sites
- Use the sites lawfully and for your own business purposes.
- Do not scrape, crawl at abusive rates, probe, or attempt to bypass the email gates or rate limits.
- Do not upload or send anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
- Provide your own work email when you unlock a resource. Do not use someone else's address.
3. Playbooks and GTM skills
Downloaded playbooks and GTM skills are released under the MIT licence. You can fork, clone, adapt, and use them for yourself, your team, or your own products, including commercially. Keep the MIT licence notice in any copy you redistribute.
Beyond that notice, attribution to Martechs is not required. If you do credit us, we appreciate it.
4. Information, not advice
Everything on the sites is general information about how we work. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Results described on the sites depend on your offer, market, and sales process. We do not promise that any approach will produce a particular outcome for you.
Martechs is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. Content on media.martechs.io is written for law firms and legal marketers. Final case qualification always rests with the law firm.
5. Bookings
Booking a call through the sites creates no obligation on either side. Any engagement starts only when both sides sign an agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The sites, their design, copy, brand, playbooks, and GTM skills belong to Martechs or its licensors. Third-party product names and logos belong to their owners and appear for identification only.
7. Third-party links
The sites link to services we do not control, such as Cal.com and GitHub. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content or conduct.
8. No warranty
The sites and downloads are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that they are error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Martechs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the sites or downloads. The sites and downloads are free, so our total liability for them is limited to the fullest extent the law permits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
