GTM engineering

What a GTM skill is, and why it works in Claude Code.

A skill is one Markdown file that teaches an AI agent one GTM job. It lists the inputs the job needs, the steps to run, the tools to call, and the checks to make before handing work back. Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor all read the same SKILL.md format, so one file works everywhere.

GTM engineering means running go-to-market as a system. Data, signals, copy, and sends become repeatable workflows instead of one-off campaigns. These 58 skills are the workflows behind our own client programs, published under MIT so a GTM engineer, a founder, or a one-person sales team can run them without us.

The complete index

All 58 GTM skills

Start with the job you need done. Every detail page has the full skill, its source repository, and a downloadable SKILL.md.

FAQ

Questions

Three things people ask before they install.

Do these work as Claude Code skills?

Yes. Each skill follows the Agent Skills spec that Claude Code reads natively. Install the repository with the command above, or download a single SKILL.md and drop it into your skills folder.

Do I need to be a GTM engineer to use them?

No. Each skill reads like a playbook first. If you can describe the job, the agent runs the steps. GTM engineers use them to skip the setup. Founders and sales teams use them to get the setup at all.

What do they cost?

Nothing. The library is MIT licensed. Download any skill or install the whole library without an email.
