Legal
Data & Trust
Effective
No badges and no vague promises. This page describes exactly how we source contacts, run outreach, and track results for programs in the United States and Canada. If your legal team has a question it does not answer, ask us and we will answer in writing.
1. Where contact data comes from
We work with business contact data, not consumer data.
- Licensed business databases and enrichment providers, cross-checked across more than one source before anyone is contacted.
- Public records: filings, registries, job posts, and company websites.
- First-party opt-ins. People who download our resources or subscribe leave a work email knowingly. That list is never mixed into client programs.
We do not use purchased personal email lists, scraped consumer data, or health, financial, or precise location data of any kind.
2. How outreach infrastructure works
- Every program runs on its own sending domains, separate from the client's primary domain and from every other client.
- Each domain gets its own landing pages, built for that program. A reply or a click always lands on a page that matches the message.
- Ad pixels and tracking are scoped to those program domains. We do not place program pixels on a client's main site unless the client asks and owns the decision.
- Domains are warmed before use and monitored daily for deliverability.
- When an engagement ends, the client keeps what was built for them.
3. Consent and opt-outs
- United States: every email identifies the sender and carries a working unsubscribe, per CAN-SPAM. Calling respects TCPA rules. CCPA and CPRA requests are honored for California residents.
- Canada: outreach to Canada follows CASL, and PIPEDA requests are honored.
- An unsubscribe is honored across the whole program, not just the one sequence.
- Client-provided do-not-contact lists are applied before any send.
- Opt-outs take effect within 10 business days, usually the same day.
4. If you received our outreach
This section is for anyone who got an email or a call from a program we run.
- You were contacted at a work address because your role and company matched a business audience profile. We contact businesses about business topics, nothing else.
- Every email says who it is from and who it is sent on behalf of.
- Every email carries a working unsubscribe. Using it removes you from the whole program, not just one sequence.
- If you ask where your contact details came from, we answer with the actual source.
- If you ask to be removed from everything we ever run, we add you to a suppression list that applies to every program and every client.
5. What this website collects
- Resource downloads ask for a work email. The cookie that remembers your access contains no email address and no database id.
- Submitted emails are never written to logs.
- Google Analytics and our visitor identification service are the only third-party origins our content security policy allows. Everything else is blocked.
- We use a visitor identification service on this site, and only on this site, to see which companies visit, matched from business data. It is never deployed on client campaigns. We may contact an identified company about our own services.
The full detail, including cookies and retention, is in the Privacy Policy.
6. Agreements and subprocessors
A data processing agreement is available for any engagement that needs one. The vendors that process personal data on our side are published and kept current.
7. Certifications
We do not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification. Those audits are built for data platforms with large engineering teams. We are a services firm: the honest substitutes are this page, written answers to your security questionnaire, and a data processing agreement when you need one.
