Subprocessors
Effective
A subprocessor is any vendor that processes personal data on our behalf while we run a client program or operate this website. Data providers, enrichment, and sending tools are contracted per program and named in each client's agreement. This page lists only the standing vendors every program runs on.
1. Program delivery
- Supabase. Hosts the database that holds lead records, qualification data, and opt-in records.
- Railway. Runs hosted workflows that handle prospect records.
- Trigger.dev. Runs scheduled jobs that may carry contact data.
Hosting regions and provider documentation are available on request.
2. This website
- Vercel. Hosts the site and keeps request logs.
- Supabase. Stores opt-in emails from resource downloads.
- Google Analytics. Usage analytics, only after you consent.
- GetLeads. Visitor identification on martechs.io only. Never deployed on client campaigns.
- Cal.com. Handles call bookings under its own privacy policy.
3. Project-based vendors
Data providers, enrichment orchestration, and sending and outreach tools are contracted per engagement. They are named in that client's order form or program specification, which is where the client approves them. They do not appear on this page because they change with the client's requirements.
4. Changes to this list
When we add or replace a standing subprocessor that touches client program data, clients with a signed data processing agreement are notified before the change takes effect. This page carries the current list and its effective date.
